How does the Quote Ya! custom order work?

Quote Ya! Albums are made from a beautiful, heavy weave linen fabric. Each album is made just for you. The process is simple: 
    1) Select a letterpressed cover image
    2) Select an Album color
    3) Personalize your Album and its Insert Cards by adding your names and the date of the special occasion
    How many guests are you having--50, 200, or more? The Quote Ya! Album fits as many Insert Cards as you need and are adjustable just for this purpose. The Insert cards offer plenty of space for hand-written words of humor or advice, or for a drawing. Who knows, maybe even Grandma Peg will write out her favorite recipe. 

    The main point is to Preserve Your Words. You will always remember your special event through pictures and videos, and now through words. 

    Why letterpress? 
    Because everything else is (and looks) mass produced. We assemble each Quote Ya! Album by hand, so it makes sense to feature hand-crafted printing. Each Album arrives with our handcrafted letterpressed illustration cover card that can easily be replaced with your own photograph if desired.

    Why buy Quote Ya?
    Trust us, you'll treasure the words (and drawings and well-wishes and advice) of your guests much more than....I dunno....their signatures in guestbook. You already have pictures and/or videos of your special event. Quote Ya! Albums enable you to capture guests' written words. 

    What if Biff, the best man, writes something nasty?
    No big woop. It's not like he's signing a matted photo or….I dunno, a plate. All is not lost. Simply trash Biff's card and hit him up for another one of your personalized Quote Ya! cards when he's sober.

    What if I don't wanna take the time to tell guests what to do?
    Right. Who would?  So ask an attendant, a very friendly friend, or some other eager beaver to help distribute and/or collect the cards. Your friendly friend can also cheerfully collect your completed Quote Ya! cards, easily put the cards in the card protectors, and……it's done. No extra work required! WE DID MOST OF THE WORK FOR YOU….SO ENJOY YOURSELF ALREADY.

    What if I have more than 50 guests? Can I order more Quote Ya! cards?
    Of course! You can order additional cards in packs of 20, 60, or 150 (card protectors included).

    What if I want my pens personalized too. Can I order them through you?
    Good idea….gotta have the pens. Yes, you can order them through us. Just email us at hello@quoteya.com and we'll talk to you about the personalizing pen process.

    What if I don't know where to put the cards?
    PANIC! No need. Put them where ever your guests are going to be laughing and frolicking. The Quote Ya! cards are spiffy enough to accompany a fine china place setting. Or, place them in a decorated basket or box that is centrally located.

    What if Aunt Fanny can't attend my Mom's 60th Birthday party. How can she fill out a card?
    Easy! Pop the cards in with your invitations. Quote Ya! cards were designed to fit inside the standard invitation envelope, without requiring additional postage.

    What if I want to put photos in my Quote Ya! Album?
    Put 'em in! 4x6 pictures fit easily in the card protectors, leaving a little room to spare. 5x7s....uh....you gotta trim those babies just a tad. Here's an idea: place any photos of guests next to their hand-written cards.

    Is Letterpress environmentally sound?
    Yes. Our printers use polymer plates, which don't require the chemical etching typical of metal plates. We are taking care of Mother Earth.

    How can I check the status of my order?
    You can check the status of your order by contacting us at info@quoteya.com. I am a Mom with 4 crazy kids but I will respond to all emails within 24 hours.

    What credit cards do you accept?
    Quote Ya! accepts payment through PayPal. But rest at ease, you don't have to create a PayPal account to purchase an Album.  

    How do you charge sales tax?
    A 7% sales tax will be charged only on items shipped within the state of Nebraska.

    What if the item I want is sold out?
    If the item you want is sold out, please write to us at hello@quoteya.com. We maintain close relationships with the brands that we carry and will do all we can to accommodate your request.

    What is your shipping policy?
    All domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Quote Ya! provides free shipping--what a BONUS! We do not ship to multiple addresses per order. Orders received on weekend days, holidays, and after 12:00 noon CST will be processed the following business day.

    Do you ship internationally?
    Yes. However, our website is not currently set up to process international orders automatically. Please send an email to international@quoteya.com listing the items you would like to purchase along with your shipping address. We will then send you a quote followed by a link to a personal checkout area.

    Do you ship to military service members stationed overseas?
    Yes. We ship both to FPO and APO addresses.

    Where do you ship from?
    All orders are processed and shipped from our office in Omaha, Nebraska, USA.

    What is your return/exchange policy?
    We don't have one. That's the beauty of your Quote Ya! Album. Trust me, you will enjoy your Quote Ya! product for years to come.
